Tofu scramble

Hello beautiful people! With the Autumn kickin’ in little by little I start feeling the growing need for warm, comforting yet light lunch.

As I always try to combine some nutritious element on my plate and usually try to add protein to my lunch, I tried today my first Tofu scramble! As it turned out to be super easy & tasty – sharing the idea with you.

If this light high-protein product is not on your plate yet – re-consider! 🙂 Tofu is a great plant-based protein source, contains all the essential amino acids your body needs and is also rich in minerals, vitamins, including calcium, manganese, iron and vitamin A!

It is super easy to prepare – just choose some favourite veggies of yours and go for it:

What you need?

– tofu (i used half square package) – “minced” with hands to smaller peaces, seasoned with salt, black pepper, red paprika, curcuma, chili or other spices you love!

– 2-3 veggies – cut in as small peaces as possible

– 2 slices of garlic, half onion

– Sides: some good fat like acovado, basmati rice, tomato, salad or anything else you prefer.

– half tbsp of ghuee or sesame oil

The method:

1. Season tofu.

2. Sautee finely chopped garlic & onion with other veggies.

3. Mix tofu in ane cook while it gets nice & golden.

4. Serve with the sides of your choice!!
