Matcha-chia smoothie bowl

Ohh this Matcha madness continues! And for a happier and energetic Friday morning – this easy & nutritious Matcha smoothie bowl is just a perfect choice!

What you need?

Matcha powder – 1/3 tsp

1-2 tbsp of greek yogurt

1-2 tsp of maple syrup

2-3 tbsp chia seeds

1 glass of plant based milk (used Oats this time)

Topping – anything you like! I used home-made roasted granola, strawberries, coconut.

The method

1. Whisk well matcha with oats milk until smooth green

2. Add yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds, stir very well! Put it in the fridge over night!

3. Serve in a bowl & top with anything you like!
