I’ll go healthy tomorrow?

November 15, 2022

Happy sunday people! Since there’s a new Monday ahead, I bet some of us may take on new promises on building a better or healhier life after a cheatlike weekend 🙂 I am sure it is always worth considering taking on some healthy eating habits from this Monday on 🙂

There is a lot of information on #HEALTHY food & life, so I am sure everyone can find a healthy concept that fits one best. However I believe there’s no ONE SIZE FITS ALL, and what’s really best is very much based on the the construction & type of one’s body. So in order to actually get it, first thing is to actually learn how to listen to it! Daily & attentively. More then to your head if possible 🙂

Speaking of the #HEALTHY & nutritious food, I believe there are few basics that all concepts would agree on and that I try to remind myself each day:

Quality of the food you eat – by this I mean as FRESH as possible, as WHOLE as possible, as SEASONAL as possible

Quantity of the food you eat – by this I mean SIZE MATTERS – light breakfast & dinner, full & balanced portion of lunch, easy digestible dinner (e.g. soup!). Moreover, getting up from the table with your stomach not 100 % full helps to avoid overeating!

Timing – by this I mean not challenging your stomach with constant & heavy digesting, which usually happens when we snack in between the meals or eat late & heavy at night. We need to give our digestive machine a rest & time for reboot!

Balance of the food you eat – by this I mean fueling our boddies with a good combination of Carbohydrate + Protein + Fat + Fiber which increases satisfacion and long-lasting energy in the body! I try to choose good carbs for breakfast and protein-based meals combined with greens & fiber for lunch, light veggie dinner.

Home-made – I strongly believe that a meal made with love & carefully selected ingredients at home is the most healthy & comforting to one’s body 🙂

Sounds too good to be true? Maybe 🙂 Indeed, you can’t reach this perfection with all meals each and every day. But an effort is a key, since thats how new self-friendly habits are built! And you will love yourself more be sure! Step-by-step!

So let’s try it from tomorrow? Not every time, most of the time 🙂

Have an inspiring week ahead!
