Hello, busy people! One of the most frequent argument I hear against trying new healthier cooking alternatives or cooking at home overall is “I am busy!” or “I don’t have time for experiments”.
Well, time – is a relative thing and I think an important question to ask here is what are we busy with and what for? This question helps me stop & check my priorities. And health – is obviously one of them, since I bet that when lying in my “death bed” I won’t be asking myself questions like “how many hours I worked?” or “How many places I visited”.
I believe that in a healthy body lives a happy soul, so when it comes to sparing time for your own body – you should not hesitate 🙂
However, even if you are still super busy, I’ve got an experimental recipe for you – easy, fancy, healthy & nutritious piquant bread for bringing some new vibes to your eating routine!
what you need?
Blended whole grain oats – 1,5 glass
Flaxeed flour – 1 glass
Psyllium husk – 0,3 glass
Mix of your favourite seeds (sunflower, sesame or else) – 1 cup
Caraway seeds – 1 tbsp
Pinch of salt, 1 tsp of baking soda
Sun dried tomatoes (oil-free)
Glass of room temparature water
Steps & easy process (10 minutes prep + 50 minutes bake)
Mix dry ingredients with water, finish with hands & form a loaf, bake in an oven for about 50-60 minutes (180 °C), grease with ghuee or olive oil when taken out. Enjoy!
