Seaweed mashup salad!

With the start of February, I just realized we are merely one month from Spring 🙂 Following this spring calling, I dedicate my lunch for a lighter, greener & energizing variation of the salad!

There is no recipe though, since I mashed up the ingredients just sitting there in my fridge already, so it was another intuitive experimental meal 🙂

However, since it turned to be super tasty, juicy, nutritious and with a sea twist, I share the mash-up list:

– Seaweed marinated with sesame and oil (I JUST LOVE IT PLAIN TOO)

– carrot, zuccini, cucumber sliced into thin “noodles”

– spinach & arugula leaves

– marinated green olives (vinegar free)

– slices or red paprika & big slice of avocado

– 2 spoons of sesame oil with a spoon of apple vinegar!

– sesame seeds, some chili flakes
