Ingredients & process
Toast slices of whole grain breas, spread some good quality pesto, cherry tomatoes & fresh bufala mozzarela on it and finally sprinkle fresh pepper, bit of good quality salt & fresh parsley on top! For more infusion you could also add some date syrup on top!
